1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VintEx Technologies' website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

VintEx Technologies provides the following services:

• Web Development and Design
• Mobile Application Development
• Graphic Design and Branding
• Digital Marketing Services
• Software Development Solutions
• Domain Registration and Web Hosting
• Technical Support and Maintenance

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for project requirements
• Respond promptly to requests for feedback and approvals
• Provide necessary content and materials in a timely manner
• Make timely payments as outlined in project agreements
• Respect intellectual property rights and copyrights

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit required to commence work on most projects
• Final payment due upon project completion before delivery
• Payment methods: M-Pesa, Bank Transfer, Mobile Money
• Late payments may incur interest charges of 5% per month
• All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES)

5. Project Timeline and Delivery

Project timelines are estimates based on current workload and project complexity. We strive to meet agreed deadlines but factors beyond our control may affect delivery times.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled as follows:

• Deposits are non-refundable after work has commenced
• Refunds may be considered for services not yet rendered
• Custom software and design work are non-refundable once delivered
• Hosting and domain fees are non-refundable

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the services and any materials created by us remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, rights are transferred to the client as specified in the project agreement.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information exchanged during the course of business, including but not limited to business strategies, technical information, and client data.

9. Warranty and Support

We provide warranty periods for our services:

• Web Development: 3 months bug-free warranty
• Software Development: 6 months warranty
• Design Services: 2 revisions included
• Ongoing support available at additional cost

10. Limitation of Liability

VintEx Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

11. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate services for clients who:

• Fail to make timely payments
• Provide fraudulent or misleading information
• Engage in illegal activities using our services
• Violate any terms of this agreement

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this agreement due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, or natural disasters.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
