Project timelines are estimates based on current workload and project complexity. We strive to meet agreed deadlines but factors beyond our control may affect delivery times.
Refunds are handled as follows:
All intellectual property rights in the services and any materials created by us remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, rights are transferred to the client as specified in the project agreement.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information exchanged during the course of business, including but not limited to business strategies, technical information, and client data.
We provide warranty periods for our services:
VintEx Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
We reserve the right to terminate services for clients who:
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this agreement due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, or natural disasters.
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
